The inspection system combines state-of-the-art AI algorithms with 2D and 3D sensors to inspect each component in real time. Geometry, length, head deviations and shape deviations are captured precisely, while surface defects such as scratches, coating defects or thread issues are detected automatically.

Autoencoder networks are used to build an internal model of the target geometry through unsupervised learning from reference parts. Using this model, the system detects even the smallest deviations or anomalies – fully autonomously and without predefined defect databases.

The result is reproducible measurements, an error rate below 5 PPM and complete traceability of all inspection results.
